Soaring to New Heights
Justin finally wrote a new script!
I was thinking about animation when I did this. You know, this took a freakin’ long time just to make four panels, so I think it’d take like a year to animate something a minute long at this quality. D:
Okay, maybe not that long. But a long time.

utterly hilarious, if my chair didn’t have armrests to block me, I’d have fallen off it in laughter

aren’t the 160th SOAR the guys who were in the mog in 1993? the have the freaky insignnia with the half man-half horse, with wings and a sword? a pegasaur?

dunno, IF you made the “sprites” for these characters, I don’t think it would be too much harder to animate it. the hardest part I would think would be the initial creation. of course the “morphing” animation would be hard (bending knees, etc) because you would have to redraw it every time and color it, but the helo moving across the screen could be just a static sprite that moves across the screen. maybe have just 3-5 sprites for the blades if you wanted

Do you have an embed for that? That’s really funny.

Oh god yes, those 160th boys are freaks…
I got to see Robin Williams in concert in the Afg. a few years back. We’re all in uniform… the 160th were wearing elf ears and cat in the hat hats, bermuda shorts… Robin Williams ragged on them the whole show. They ate it up!

There’s no “embed,” but I guess you could hotlink it.

Just do a looooooong backdrop with a pull tab on the left.
Ummmmm — kidding…

How about a background that loops over and over, like in the Flintstones…

I’ve worked with the 160th on a number of occasions. I can see them doing something like that, those guys are nuts. They can do things with a helo that I didn’t think were possible, incredible pilots, but still nuts.
